The service

HearYourPet (hearyourpet.com) provides interpretations of pet behavior based on photos and videos you upload. Interpretations are AI-generated from visible body language and audible sounds. Nothing on this site is veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice. If you are worried about your pet's health or behavior, see a veterinarian.

Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account via Manage subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, no calls and no hoops. Usage limits apply per plan and are shown at purchase.

Your content

You keep ownership of media you upload and confirm you have the right to upload it. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and analyzing your media to produce translations. Uploads and translations may be used to improve our pet-communication models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting

Deleting a conversation permanently deletes its media and messages from our storage. Deleting your account deletes all of your conversations.

Fair use

Don't upload unlawful content, content about people rather than pets, or content you have no rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
