What we collect

Your email (for sign-in), the media you upload, the translations and chat messages generated from it, payment records (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), and product usage events (counts and token usage that enforce plan limits).

How media is processed

Uploaded media is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel) and processed by Google's Gemini API to produce translations. Anonymous free samples are processed and not stored. Saved conversations keep their media until you delete them — deleting a conversation permanently removes its media.

Improving the service

Uploads and translations may be used to improve our pet-communication models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Common operator

HearYourPet is one of a small family of pet-communication products run by the same operator, [OPERATING ENTITY — LLC pending]; uploads and results may be pooled across these products to improve them, under this same policy.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Service providers we rely on: Vercel (hosting, storage, analytics), Stripe (payments), Google (AI processing, and sign-in if you choose it).

Your choices

Delete any conversation (media included) anytime. Delete your entire account and all associated data yourself from the conversations page — it takes effect immediately. Or contact hello@hearyourpet.com and we'll do it for you.
